Important tour information!

A non-refundable advance deposit of $50.00 is required to confirm all group reservations. This amount is deducted from the final amount due on the day of your arrival. We accept major credit cards (V, MC & Disc) or checks for deposit payment (Please telephone our Reservations desk at (814) 364-1664 for assistance for credit card payments.

SCHOOL GROUP deposits are due 60 days prior to field trip reservation.
All other group deposits must be made no less than 2 weeks prior to reservation date.

PLEASE NOTE RESERVATION DATE ON PAYMENT, OTHERWISE IT MAY NOT BE CREDITED TO THE PROPER SCHOOL OR ORGANIZATION

At LEAST 1 adult chaperone MUST be present with children or students AT ALL times, including on tours AND inside Visitor’s Center Gift Shop. Backpacks are NOT permitted inside our Visitor’s Center Gift Shop or on the Cave Tour. (This applies to children as well as adults) Please plan to allow up to 3 – 3 1/2 hours when reserving BOTH tours.
